My tribute to a wonderful novel series by Terry Pratchett, placed on a fictional "Discworld". I had the most fun through the creation process.
My goal was to also create cities and landmarks on the world, but while adding more content I found it rather messy and distracting, so I had to cut a bit. This is a total reconstruction. I've used this map as a refference:
