Asset Overview

At the beginning of the 20th century, a German carriage and wagon builder named Nicholas Faulstich worked from this brick building up to his death in 1924. After his passing, the building became a warehouse for local businesses, exchanging hands until it became a pentecostal church in the 1970s. Since the church's closing in the early 2000s, the building has been vacant. 2 years ago, metal siding fell off one of its brick walls, revealing a wonderfully preserved ad for cigars from over a century ago.   [Newspaper article about the sign's discovery](https://www.baltimoresun.com/maryland/baltimore-city/bs-md-ci-kelly-column-signs-20180328-story.html)
