This is the East side of the porch of All Saints church in Bakewell, Derbyshire, U.K. A panel on the door explains that these date back to the 10th century and are Anglo-Norse in style. (I think this is restricted to the left half under the shelf. Northumbrian style is also mentioned. I don't know how they manage to be so specific on dating, though the sign notes that Bakewell Minster church was endowed by the Peak's Northumbrian Earl in a charter of AD949.)
