Polygons: 699K 299K 99K 4K * Year: 1911 * Architect: Timoteo Briet * Style: Secesión Vienesa (Modernismo) / Vienna Secession (Art Nouveau) * Location: C/ Capellà Belloch, 9 Alcoy (Spain)** The building consists of a ground floor and three upper floors for housing. It was designed by Timoteo Briet in 1910. Note the braid stone rectangles, carved on the wall. On the facade, at the level of the third wrought-iron feature, are the masonry squares that Briet included in his project, a symbol much used by the Viennese Secession. Noteworthy are the railings of the balconies, which are not overloaded with decoration but have an undulating configuration, with geometric symbols, as well as the bay window.
