Package Overview
This building include 20 unique materials(24 total),from 128 to 2048 resolution pbr textures(average 1024),and based on specular workflow.
-Most parts are separated and can be removable(in case if you want only external look).
-All doors can be opened,but dont have any animations.
-Left/Right escalators has Down/Up animations.
-All lamps have emission texture map.
Also have separate prefabs.
Polycount: 12544 triangles/19621 vertices.
(don't have any baked light maps or lights itself!)
