Asset Overview
For this Aztec Style Temple scene, I've kept everything as low poly as possible and didn't add any bevels or subsurface mods to the temple objects. For the texturing, I did an atlas wrap for everything apart from the statue of the Aztec God. This statue has its own material - so there are two material slots in total.
I modelled everything in the scene and the God statue initially finished with around 272,000 faces, but after some basic retopology, I got it down to around 12,700.
The Aztec statue is an amalgamation of some reference images I found and is not a historical re-creation of an Aztec God.
(For your info - I set up the lighting so that it focuses on the God Statue and this isn't any effect from the textures.)
