Asset Overview
The station was built in 1880 with the construction of the Baku-Sabunchi-Surakhani railway, and was intended for servicing passenger transportation. The first building of the station (Tiflis) was built by the time of the opening of the Baku-Tiflis railway, the second (Sabunchu) - to the construction of the Baku-Sabunchi-Surakhani electrified railway.
