Asset Overview

Eastern face of 15th /16th century chancel arch in the medieval nave and chancel parish church ruins at Ballynaclogh, Co. Tipperary also known as Weyperous, in the diocese of Killaloe, Barony of Ormond Upper. The church which was entered through a chamfered pointed limestone doorway stands in the eastern quadrant of a rectangular-shaped graveyard (TN027-003006-), immediately southeast of a 19th century Protestant church built in 1802 with a gift of £500 from the Board of First Fruits.
