Asset Overview

This is one of two panels which were gifted by Mr Elmar Prost, Managing Director of Lagerhaus KW GmbH to Singapore in 2015 to celebrate 50 years of diplomatic relations between Germany and Singapore. They are on loan to the National University of Singapore through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. They were officially unveiled on 18 October 2015. Segments of the Berlin Wall can also be seen in more than 100 memorials around the world, including the Vatican City and Kingston, Jamaica. Specs of each panel: Approx 4 tonnes in weight, 3.6m tall, 1.2m across, 27cm thick, 2.1m wide base.
