The issue of implementing 5G antennas at a larger scale is the risk of increased polarization in communities. So far, 5G has brought more resistance and misinformation than its initial ability to connect. Even without the network's physical appearance, the idea of it brings fear, but at the same time ignorance. The two polar opposites become ignorant not only to the understanding of the network, but to each other. While one side might be oblivious to its existence, in a physical and figurative way, the other side aggressively strives for more knowledge and more information, not realizing the inaccuracy and manipulation they are subject to- the modern day ‘rabbit hole’. This phenomena has a very radiative and magnetic effect, which is the reason behind the complex 5G conspiracy theories in the first place. 5G will divide communities into ‘us’ and ‘them’- both resisting, both ignorant, and both superior.
