This nice urban environment package will give you a freedom of creating city or urban like environment.Package has 284 ready to use models and individual 284 prefabs.All the textures are atlased and 2k in size but two road texture are 4k.No lightmaped data included.Package contains no interior visualization.

1.Modular road and sidewalk parts with nice variations.
2.Buildings-73 in total with 11 background building and 61 main building.
3.196 prop models which includes brick walls,high floors,street props,rooftop props,street and traffic light,traffic signals,signboards,billboards.
4.16 vegetation models with bush,tree,small tree,palm tree.
5.Two demo scenes,one day and one night.
