Very initial model of a segmented glass dome covering Lalande Crater on the Moon's equator, 23 km across. A city is built within it. People live in the towers that anchor the segments of the dome (despite the mass of the dome, the towers pull downwards against the pressure of the atmosphere) and in the rim around the edge of the dome. The floor of the crater is reserved for farming and greenspace. Manufacturing is below ground and mostly outside the crater.
