Floating ocean city

As with my previous model, this is an early draft made in gravitysketch, before I really started learning the basics of 3d modeling. Instead of trying to include rudimentary models for the macroalgae systems, this version fleshes out how docks and inlets can be assembled among the modular floating array. The main point is collecting kinetic energy from the ups and downs of the wave, but also mitigating it while minimizing the side-to-side motion that gives so many seasickness away from land. Verticle poles would have wind turbines, with homes and facilities in the horizontal platforms and bioprocessing in submerged smaller tanks below the water line.
