Asset Overview
Grant Park parking deck design based on resident input to connect paths and preserves trees. The restaurant resides within the deck facing the new zoo entrance. Balconies with ledges protect from falls. Overhead shade is provided by two levels of 6' wide solar panels that run the full length of west side. Terraces provide wheelchair access to parking.
