**Kuching Civic Centre ***(Dewan Suarah Kuching)* As one of the major landmarks of Kuching city, the civic centre offers 360° panoramic views of the city and its surroundings *(there used to be a restaurant that operated at the top)*. Malaysia's first planetarium, the Sultan Iskandar Planetarium, is also housed within this complex *(the white domed building adjacent to the tower)*; is unfortunately also closed. Although the buildings are mostly closed nowadays, this is still a popular place for sports and recreational that is regularly used by the public. *** Check out the views from: 1.
