Asset Overview

In this three-dimensional representation we can see the entrance of the mausoleum located at the 110.500 km of the Appian way. It is a monumental tomb with a quadrangular plan covered with limestone blocks, dating back to the first century BC. - I century AD. and erroneously attributed to Emperor Galba, originally from Terracina. In reality, it is believed that it is the sepulcher of Sesto Giulio Frontino '' .. some gargoyles were found, or both lead and bronze pipes for aqueducts, in one read SEX IUL FRONTIUS ''. The Mausoleum measures 32 meters in circumference and is about 10 meters high.
