Just a test, because it looks like there are some problems with this scene since I switched from Blender2.79b to Blender2.8x.
The water behaves strangely, it looks as if it has mirrored and moved out of the scene a bit!
But in Blender the rotation and the scaling for the water objects are normal like it should be.
