Asset Overview
Addition was moved to northwest corner of house. Increased the width of the addition from 15' to 16'. Changed original laundryroom concept into a new extension off of the kitchen, which serves as access to the new suite and as a sitting area. Increased the width of the bathroom to 7' to better conform to ADA clearance standards. Slight modifications to the furniture layout, including updating appliances to be apartment-size rather than full-size.
