Asset Overview
The neighborhood? Metro Housing Project 13, brutalist style housing units better known by their 20th century moniker of projects or "Jekts" for short. Not the better end of town. Residents turned the North tower into an "entertainment zone". Warning holo is up around North tower and it's on lockdown again. Fight, riot, whatever. Police will come down because the Zone attracts some more well off citizens out to enjoy the lowlife. But they don't go in the Jekts. I wouldn't either but well, it's home, and I'm tired.
