Pedestal statue from the site of Tarraco (Tarragona, Spain). Last quarter of the 1st century AD. Dedicated to the deified Emperor Augustus by a private individual, M. Acilius nymphodotus, probably a freedman, who is also recorded at the same time as the dedicator on another pedestal paying homage to the Emperor Vespasian (MNAT-P-21). These statues would have been located at the Tarraco Colonial Forum.
