- 1 map for base;
- 1 map for tracks and wheels.
- Armature to control animation.
- Tracks - different objects, animated by texture offset.

Downscale like you want.

1) Overview with small tanks scene; 2) SimpleControl. There is A-20 toon tank with simple script to control wheels and tracks.
