Skate Park Asset Package is a high quality and high detail package!
This packages includes a variety of realistic assets to insure that your game looks the best that it can!

- There are atlasses for all the models that includes a Diffuse map atlass, Normal map atlass, Ambient Occlusion map atlass, Lighting map atlass and a Filtered Normal map atlass.
- Includes 13 high quality assets! These include ramps, railings, stairs, banks, coping and much more!
- Poly ranges for the models goes from low to mid poly. The average poly-count is around 300 polys.
- Atlass texture sizes are 4096 x 4096.
- Prefabs are set up for each model.
- Includes a pre-made scene.
- Includes a spectate style test camera script and setup.
- Great performance.
