Asset Overview

5-19 West 29th Street rowhomes are in the process of demolition by Johns Hopkins University (JHU). These rowhomes existed in the Charles Village neighborhood for 111 years. They were designed by John R. Forsythe and constructed by James Miller. JHU acquired these seven houses over a 20-year period and the condition of the homes have severely deteriorated over the years. Currently, the University plans on preserving the four trees on the lot and the remaining area will be a grassy field.
