RVA Duplex 02a

** This is same as RVA Duplex 02b but reskinned to wood clapboard siding ** Model is inspired by a 1908 duplex built by James H. Goddin at 318 N 32nd St. The queen anne style structure is a contributing structure to the Oakwood-Chimborazo historic district of Richmond VA. I do vary from the original. I designed windows more befitting of the queen anne style. I left off the two smaller dormers as it was feeling too compressed on the mansard roof. Also, my focus is always on the front facade as that is where my inspiration originates from. The sides and rear I just do whatever I feel like ;-) When importing into cities-skylines game I engineered the color map so you can change the color of the siding.
