Detailed City / Town environment pack contains variety of high quality assets including:

This Pack was made with Top Down view in mind, however I can be used for other game views as well...

Most (atlas) textures provided are 2048x2048 size.
Textures:
- Albedo / Diffuse
- Metallic / Gloss as alpha
- Normal Map
- Occlusion / AO

This Kit uses Linear workflow / Deferred lighting setup in Unity 5, However can be used for Forward/Gamma (Mobile).

To get exactly the same visuals make sure, in player settings your rendering path is set to Deferred and Color Space to Linear
