Package Overview
Modern Suburban House with 5x PBR Texure Sets. This asset is ideal for realtime applications due to low polygon count and optimized texture atlas. Solar panel is a separate object, for easy removal.
Mobile Friendly (5,526 poly)
Included:
- House model with separate solar panel object
- 5 Sets of PBR textures
- 5 prefabs for each texture set
I recommend Unity 5.3 or higher, as it introduced the new Standard Shader that is much closer to other 3rd party rendering software (Like Substance Painter and Marmoset Toolbag). This package will work with older versions of Unity as well, though the metallic/smoothness textures might need some modifications.
