Tower Fifth is a supertall skyscraper that will rise at 5th East 51st Street, starting construction in 2022. It will become a rival to Central Park Tower and surpass it by 6 feet to snatch the title as the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere in roof height, it height will be 1,556 feet (474 meters). It will have an observation deck at the height of 1,451 feet high, the roof height of Willis (Sears) Tower. It is expected to be finished by between 2028 and 2030.
