Since my Cintiq 12wx is dying, I thought I'd make a quick scene.
Kept it pretty clean and graphic but it's a good example of use of shader, or NOT use of shaders. Initially I set up the scene with everything using many shaders but after some thinking I thought it best to use a very basic shader set up. Very basic Diffuse Maps for the assets, Specular Map on the styluses to get the different gloss and matte surfaces, a normal map on the holders to give the embossed 'Wacom' logo and an Ambient Occlusion Map on the entire scene to give it some nice depth.
Then using SketchFabs native processing tools to give some depth and image interest.
Great practice for students and professionals alike.
