West Country Farm - Test Model

This 3D model was a by-product from a property marketing job. Our intention was just to test and tweak our technique in making 3D models. Flying over the property using a DJI Inspire 1 with the camera pointing straight down we flew an 8 minute flight using pre-programmed waypoints. We had to capture a lot of images of the front of the house for the client so we added some of these to the 3D model. You'll notice the side of the house has a strange finish, this is because we didn't capture any imagery from that side of the house. Proves just how important it is to get as much data as possible. Not bad for a first try though! Time on location approx. 45 minutes
