Normally, architecture are meant to create and influence the experience for human where the journey begins as soon as you step in, in the boundary. Emotions were controlled and designed by the user experience through the architectural elements and spatial qualities within the space. This is where the idea of the project begins. What if the process of visuospatial cognition was meant to be reverse, where the human’s emotions are design into space instead. Welcome to the project, “your emotion create the space” , spatial intelligence. The project aims to create an immersive space based on the research and design process, to create out a kinetic installation that react real-time with the data from the user’s emotion. With the techniques, using facial emotion recognition (FER) and electroencephalogram (EEG), the brain waves, to pull out different types of emotions that includes seven major emotions. They are angry, disgust, fear, happy ,neutral , sad and surprise.
