* 概要 石棺蓋に直弧文、円文、梯子形等の浮彫の装飾が施されている。本来は、市史跡鴨籠古墳の主体部である、長大な砂岩の板石４枚を箱状に組み合わせた竪穴式石槨に収められていたものである。実物は熊本県立美術館にて展示されている。
