Amphora with cylindrical body and elongated pointed bottom. Light brown clay. Assigned to form ""Lamboglia 2"" and used as container of wine. Most probably produced in Magna Grecia, at the end of the 2nd - first half of 1st c. BCE and exported throughout the Mediterranean. Tomb II.450, Necropolis of Poggio Pinci, Asciano. Mangani 1983, n. cat. II, 141. Displayed at the Civic Museum of Archaeology and Sacred Art at Palazzo Corboli, Asciano.
