Asset Overview
This carvings is located within the Dominican Priory of Athenry. Located towards the East of the church on the N. wall it shows a Modonna and the child christ. Two fish form an arch over the carvigs with detailed faces. The faces of the Madonna and Child are word, and may have been damaged in a fire or deliberty broken over time.
