*More info in the annotations* Finally, after a full programming weekend, I managed to get the blender addon I use to process 3d scans and easily create lowpoly assets in a satisfying and"stable" state!!! It's called **BakeMyScan**, it is 100% free, opensource, and it now even has a website: [bakemyscan.org](http://bakemyscan.org). This particular model is a comparison of the different remeshing methods that BakeMyScan interfaces, leveraging the power of external software and some custom-made blender operators. Every model has been remeshed to 10k triangles in order to get a better visual comparison of the final models. I would be super happy if some of you could [install it](http://bakemyscan.org) and give me some feedback, as I'm personnaly pretty convinced that - with a little more polishing - BakeMyScan could provide a great free alternative to paid addons and software.
