Part of the sculpture "Balanceakt" (balancing act) by Stephan Balkenhol.
A man, balancing on one of 12 arranged original pieces of the Berlin Wall. The surface of the figure, a bronze cast, was reworked and painted giving it a character more reminiscient of a wood carving.
It was unveiled by Friede Springer on May 25th 2009, the 50th anniversary of the laying of the foundation stone of the Axel-Springer-Haus.
