Asset Overview
I was looking for something interesting to photograph when I spotted this broken headstone. It was the beautiful script that caught my eye. I think it is Arabic script. The stone has probably been broken for a number of years as the top of it has been dissapearing into the ground while grass gradually spreads over it.
I made this model using PhotoCatch for macOS. I took 55 photos walking around the gravestone and tried to do at least two different heights to capture enough coverage for the software to work with. I used the OBJ at RAW option to get the greatest amont of detail. Since the sun was setting, there was a lot of shadow and highlighting that needed to be minimized. For that, I used Delighter from Agisoft.
