This type of axe head (Cressier B) dates to around 1500 BC, the early Middle Bronze Age, and is typical for southern Germany and Switzerland. There has been no associated archaeological structure at the find spot. Length 22 cm, width 6.2 cm, height 2.9 cm, weight 630 g.
