Like Broughmore Wood 1, this rock surface shows rock art features (notably a rosette and some cup marks) together with quern stone and miniature quern stone rough-outs and extraction depressions.
A plan is now in the pipeline for a full excavation of the site, which it is hoped will shed more light on its chronology and, hopefully, reveal even of these more fascinating rock surfaces.
