Comparison of mummy mask scans.

This combined model shows two scans of the same object side by side. The left one is done with an Artec Spider, the right using photogrammetry (Sony A6000). The mask is highly reflective and delicate. One can instantly see the differences in mesh structure that has been created. The Artec has pulled out more detail and produced a much smoother finish, but struggled with the underneath. The right model only worked with photomasking and medium settings on Photoscan Pro. Higher settings failed to produce a usable model.
