Asset Overview

DNH 7 is the most complete skull of the early human species Paranthropus robustus ever discovered, and a rare female specimen. The skull was discovered by R. Smith and Andre Keyser at the Drimolen Main Quarry palaeocave in South Africa in 1994. The skull was recently dated to between 2.04 and 1.95 million years old.
