Could be natural but this was found on a field visit to examine other possible quern making sites nearby. There is evidence that the rock may have been quarried and this rock boss had an artificial appearance. The resolution Sketchfab rendering is not great and the shadows have been made deliberately heavy to emphasise the main forms of the rock surface.
