A widely scattered group of at least 6 impressive standing stones lie to the North of Dunruchan Hill, near Comrie, Perthshire. Legend has it that they mark the burial places of Roman soldiers from a battle site nearby. This is almost certainly not the case not the case, and they are likely to pre-date the Romans by 2 or 3 thousand years.
The stone is strangely shaped on its lower section, almost appearing deliberately sculpted.
