Asset Overview
On the fortified settlement of the Chalcolithic, above the Escoural cave, exists an outdoor rock art sanctuary. When, at the end of the Neolithic, the Cave was closed, its space began to be inhabited by communities of the Chalcolithic (2,000 BC), building a fortified settlement, as well as a megalithic dome of false dome, situated at a distance of about 600 meters, characterized by circular chamber, corridor and lobby for access to its interior.
This is one of the panels of the rock art sanctuary.
