**Feature 87, north half excavated**
Location: Wall site (31Or11), Orange County, North Carolina.
Period: Late Woodland (AD 1500-1600).
Dimensions: length, 1.20 ft (0.37 m); width, 1.89 ft (0.58 m); depth, 0.79 ft (0.24 m).
Notes: Feature 87, a small refuse-filled pit in the 380-400R640-650 block, with the north half excavated. This archaeological feature was excavated by the Research Laboratories of Archaeology, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, in 2015. Model by Steve Davis.
