Geistspire

This is for the "Imagine And Create A Sustainable Future" competition. This creature/habitat is a biocular-geistspire of the kingdom biotronican. Geistspires are mainly multi-unit, predominantly photosynthetic self-assemblers. It generates energy by focusing light through its eyes on to photovoltaic cells. They can house anywhere from 24 to 512 inhabitants. It has a powerful spring like mechanism in it's upper legs that can propel it into orbit for inter-planetary travel. The geistspire can survive in nearly any climate due to it's high energy conversion ratio and nearly non-existent waste production. The geistspire is self-assembling and materials are almost all processed material found on the assembly location. This is a second generation geistspire and can carry floating terraces and generate power from wind turbines for extra energy overhead. Biotronicans are AI designed biomechanical creatures designed for caretaking of biological organisms. All modeling done in MasterpieceVR and textured with 3D-Coat.
