Girl with a pearl earring

Here's my entry for the *Portrait From The Future* challenge! I recreated one of my favorite paintings, [*Girl with a Pearl Earring*](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Girl_with_a_Pearl_Earring) from Johannes Vermeer. The goal was to show a future were not much has changed, except the concept of humanity. Is she a human, a robot, a cyborg? We still don't know who is she or if the earring is a real pearl or polished tin. It's also still impossible to know what she thinks, or computes, when she watches us with her mechanical eyes. It was tough for me to do a full piece (sculpting, retopo, texturing, rigging and animating) but it was really fun and I learned a lot! --- Made with *Blender*
