Haniwa is a kind of cray image which is made for Japanese ancient tumulus build on about 1,500 years ago.Thee are many kinds of its shape, e.g. King, Soldier, Sharman, House, Dog, Tablewares etc.This water bird Haniwa was excavated from Gonda-gobyoyama-Kofun of Osaka.
Gonda-gobyoyama-Kofun is a one of a huge tumulus in Japan and it is registered as a World Historical Heritage.
