This package is created with the focus of best visual experience at very good performance load, by using effective LOD-management and physical collider meshes.
THIS PACKAGE CONTAINS:
An accessible building, similar to a kontor or warehouse at an old harbor. The building is fully accessible, from the basement
to the top. The biggest polycount is caused by the details of the crane and the buildings interior (you can access and walk each wooden framed floor). To give you the full control about it you'll find
4 prefabs in this package (The asset consists of 3 LODs and each of them contains physical collider meshes):
1.) Kontor without crane (lowest polycount)
LOD0: 109.315 triangles
LOD1: 37.209 triangles
LOD2: 29.305 triangles
2.) Kontor with lowpoly-crane (medium polycount)
LOD0: 126.169 triangles

TECHNICAL DETAILS:
ALL doors of the building are joint oriented to its local pivot and rotation axis, and thus independent to the assets
pivot. Please take a look at the "screenshot doors".
For your open- or using-animations you can simply use the top joint of every door.
The same applies for the crane. It consists of a static and a movable group and can easy rotated.

- All materials consists of PBR-textures (diff, nrm, spec (TIFF`s))
- The most textures are 4k, a few 2k
- Size of the building: Length 33m x Width 20m x Height 15m
