An [Early Bronze Age](http://n2t.net/ark:/99152/p0kh9dshs59) ‘Food Vessel’ with an angular profile, with zoned incised decoration on the internal rim and body There is a vertical ladder pattern on the rim/neck; a band of alternate vertical and horizontal panels on the shoulder with a herringbone design beneath. The lower body has infilled chevron patterning and a herringbone motif. The vase is an insular Irish tradition often found in [cist graves](http://vocab.getty.edu/page/aat/300005941).
