A roughly hewn polished stone lamp typical of the Scottish and Irish Iron Age. A short handle protrudes from the side and the rim is decorated in a single continuous line of [chevron](http://vocab.getty.edu/page/aat/300009766) detail. Described by William Knowles as being of a ‘class of cups or goblets which were placed beside most of the public wells in pagan times.’ This object was found in [Connor](https://www.townlands.ie/antrim/antrim-lower/connor/connor/), Co.
